If deer transmit EHD to each other is the one buck rule good or has it help caused the problem this year? I think this has helped the problem because the deer have been running in large groups, not enough culling going on. How many bucks have not been culled ... The velvet then withers and begins to fall off. This is helped along by a deer's tendency to rub his antlers against trees.
