The mount successfully connects to ascom on my laptop with no issues. ASIAir successfully connects to my CEM25P, no issues. I can't for the life of me figure out what is wrong. Right out of the box and a guiding assistant run in PHD2. No fiddling or mechanical adjusting. The Ipolar worked well.
