The system is in my sig. Isn't it supposed to be PCI-E x16 @ x16? I believe the mobo supports it (has two PCIe x16 slots - one @ x16, the other x1 ot x4). The VGA is plugged in the blue slot (the x16 according to the manual). Tried the settings in BIOS.

If you click it, a GPU stress test will pop up which has an on screen display for PCI-e data. Let it run for a few seconds and see if it changes to x16.
