Put simply, understanding and implementing employment equity helps achieve inclusion and fairness, brings rich diversity to UBC as a workplace, and creates the necessary conditions for innovation and excellence. WebUBC Equity & Inclusion Office (EIO) is responsible for the survey development and employee engagement. EIO works with UBC's Planning and Institutional Research Office (PAIR) to analyze survey data. EIO also works with the Integrated Service Centre (ISC) to program the survey into WorkDay and provide managed access to UBC employees.
