Webb1 jan. 2024 · Nicolau Syndrome (NS) also known as livedoid like dermatitis or embolia cutis medicamentosa is a rare and severe complication of intramuscular, intra-articular or subcutaneous injections of certain drugs [ [1], [2], [3], [4], [5] ]. It is an ischemic and tissue necrosis due to decreased arterial flow. Several drugs have been incriminated [ 1, 4 ].
